Gaga ditches top fashion labels

Her eccentric person fits out trigger attention wherever she goes and she's relied on a number of globally acclaimed clothes designer* to fashion eye-catching first* of her favourite labels being Alexander McQueen. So one fashion student couldn't believe her luck when Lady Gaga opted for among her designs. Snatched at a news conference in Singapore last month the 25-year-old singer, who was promoting her album Born This Way, sported a nude coloured rubber dress by Birmingham fashion student Rebecca Short.

Gaga - who's notorious for her outlandish wardrobe options - teamed up the long-sleeved avant-garde designing on a surprising turquoise beehive, doubled rimmed sunglasses and white gloves. Rebecca, 22, who tailored the clothes for Graduate Fashion Week in capital of the United Kingdom is now hoping that these exposure will lead to future commissions. It was while she got on a month-long trip to Mexico, Guatemala and Belize that she first discovered that Lady Gaga had picked her dress and pictures were flooding the internet. She said: 'I was getting all this messages by my friends saying me to take Twitter for there was a picture at that place. It was completely so surreal but there it was.'

Lady Gaga's styler was there and she asked whenever she coulded borrow she had a lot of designs so I did not expect to hear anything else.' Rebecca, who's now considering auctioning off the dress, added: 'I'm a bigger fan of madam Gaga's fashion and thought she looked impressive fashionable it. 'And the styler has said to keep in touch and send her any future designs so I'm hoping it may lead to other things.'
